With fresh air and spectacular views in abundance, this quaint high-altitude farm is also a restaurant and alpine gite, serving homemade local delicacies
The Buvette de Lapisa, located on the heights of Champéry in an enchanting setting, was inaugurated in the summer of 2019 after a full year of renovation work that enabled the reception structure to be enlarged. This transformation brought comfort and modernity while preserving the authenticity of the premises.
Maureen and Hubert invite you to taste the products made on the mountain pasture. You’ll find alpine cow and goat cheese, sausages, fondue, cheese crusts, the Lapisa plate and homemade tarts. An area dedicated to direct sales allows you to take these local products home with you.
In winter, skiers are welcome to enjoy the view from the terrace or savour a meal by the fire, while discovering the products produced during the summer on the mountain pastures. In summer, we welcome you to our mountain pasture nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps to discover our daily routine: milking cows and goats and making our various cheeses.
