Step back in time to our ancestors!

The Fête des Vieux Costumes is a demonstration of folk dancing in traditional costumes, accompanied by musical entertainment and a tombola, organized every summer by the Société Champéry 1830.

This society perpetuates the cultural traditions of our ancestors who, living sparsely and almost self-sufficiently in a valley with difficult access and a rather humid climate, devoted themselves to raising livestock and exploiting the forests.

Animations:
– Champéry 1830
– Les Bergex
– Les Benjee’s
– Tombola
– Ball from 6:30 pm

Practical information:
– This summer, the festival takes place at the Alpage de Lapisa in Champéry, where folk dances, tombola and musical entertainment, including the much-loved traditional group Les Bergex, will follow one another.
– Bars and catering (broche-macarons-raclette, salée de la vallée, meringues crème double)
– All-weather event
