Tour du Ruan

Perched in the Alps between the Haute-Savoie and Valais, this hiking tour offers a mix of landscapes between high altitude hiking trails and gentler pedestrain trails.

In addition to spectacular panoramas over the Bernese Alps, the Rhone Plain, the Valais Alps, the Mont Blanc Massif, the Chablais and the Jura, this itinerary is famous for a section of some 800 fossilized dinosaur tracks dating back over 230 million years.

From Champéry, you have the possibility to leave from Barme to join the variant until you reach Susanfe’s Cabane where you will make the first step of the route.
