The Ferme à Gaby is a traditional Illiez Valley chalet and working farm. We are famous for our quality, farm-to-table artisanal alpine specialities.
In winter the farm is surrounded by ski slopes. In summer visitors can arrive by car or on foot.
Our restaurant offers an small menu with cheese specialities, vegetable soup, and more.
We sell our farm-fresh products on-site. Our shop is open daily from 10am to 7pm in summer and from 10am to 6pm in winter.
From June to September, we invite visitors to observe cheesemaking demonstrations at 9.30 am or the goat milking at 4.30 pm.

The restrooms are upstairs, not accessible.
Cheese making and goat milking are not accessible. However, people in wheelchairs with assistance can go to the restaurant to watch the goat milking through the window.
