As part of the Nuit de la Rando, discover an original activity during which you can enjoy a wild aperitif and a fondue in a unique mountain setting, and what’s more, with a magnificent sunset to make the moment even more memorable!
By combining quality local produce with the richness of mountain plants, you’ll obtain a cuisine with authentic flavors. During this nature getaway, you’ll encounter wild plants with a practical approach and simple words. You’ll learn the basics of observing and recognizing the herbs you come across, with their nutritional, gustatory and medicinal properties, as well as their use in popular mountain traditions.
Finally, it’s time for comfort: enjoy a fondue flavored with mountain herbs. This traditional dish will be accompanied by local herb appetizers, washed down with a homemade drink (with or without alcohol). All in a unique mountain setting, with breathtaking panoramic views.
This outing will end on a high note, as you enjoy a sumptuous sunset.
