ON THE TRACKS OF 17TH TO 21TH CENTURY MINERS
Step on board the Miners’ Train in the heart of the salt mountain for an
unforgettable journey in the footsteps of those who sought out the white gold
of the Alps. Explore the galleries and chambers dug out by force of arms and
learn about the various methods of salt extraction.
FLEUR DES ALPES PRODUCTION WORKSHOP
Fleur des Alpes salt is produced in an artisanal workshop deep inside this
underground labyrinth. Take part in the traditional process of producing this
gourmet salt during your visit.
TASTING PAVILION
Finish your trip on a gourmet note in the tasting pavilion, where you can
sample a range of products made with SEL DES ALPES, whether you prefer
sweet or salty foods.

Opening hours
Closed exceptionally on January 1st and December 25th.
April, May, June, September, October: two to four visits per day, Tuesday to Sunday and holidays.
July-August: four to ten visits per day, from Monday to Sunday.
Open on Mondays (Easter, Pentecost and Federal Fast).
Wednesday and weekends in January, February, March, November and December: one to two visits per day.
Open every day during the Spring and Christmas vacations: one to two visits per day.
