Treat yourself to a moment in the heart of nature, in contact with the wild plants of our mountains!
During your short walk, you’ll come across wild summer plants and learn to identify those that are edible. After a prolific gathering, head to the Gite Alpage la Chaux for the preparation and tasting of a recipe, washed down with plant-based drinks. The meal will be rounded off with a dish served by the alpine restaurant, and you’ll leave with the recipes for these delicious preparations.
