The Lisats Farm is run by the 3rd generation of the Ecoeur family. They sell their organic products through their website or directly at the farm.
We are Magaly and Laurent Ecoeur and we proudly grow and produce local specialities directly on our farm in Val d’Illiez. These products are the result of an artisanal know-how maintained over the generations.
On our farm, we look after about 70 cattle daily in summer and winter. We also produce fodder which we use to feed our animals. Thus, the farm to table circuit is completely local and natural.
The alpine pasture in numbers:
– 90 head of cattle
– 120,000kg of milk processed
– Between 2,000 and 5,000 pieces produced
