Equipment required:
– Yoga mat or towel, backpack, warm, comfortable clothes (thermal down jacket), gloves, hat, headlamp, sunglasses, bottle of water/tea.
Practical information:
– Car pooling will be organized between participants from the Tourist Office.
– Approx. 2h30 round trip (500m ascent).
Animation maintained from 2 participants.
Registration until 5:00 pm the day before the event.
