A morning outdoor yoga session at the Palladium pool
Come and stretch in beautiful surroundings and enjoy the energy of nature for these morning yoga practices.
Your senses will be stimulated, your mind will be clearer, making you more available for the rest of the day.
Equipment required:
– Comfortable yoga clothing and a yoga mat, cloth or blanket.
Practical information:
– All levels welcome
– Registration required by 7:00 pm the day before the activity.
– In the event of bad weather, the class will be held indoors.
