Ferme des Rives

On the Route des Rives, opposite Champéry, this family-run farm turns milk into cheese products and continues a tradition of producing raclette and other raw-milk mountain cheeses.

The mountain pasture in figures:
– 30 cows, 20 chickens, 10 goats
– 20,000kg of milk produced
– 400 pieces produced
