– The artist: Jean-Marc Sauvagnargues is the drummer and manager of Les Fatals Picards. Over 1,900 concerts, 10 Olympias, one Eurovision… and more than 600,000 albums sold in their 24-year career!
– The project: While continuing the adventure of the group, Jean-Marc has been working on a personal project he’s always had in mind.
His absolute idol is MICHEL BERGER, a monument to French chanson who passed away almost 30 years ago.
Jean Marc first produced an album entitled “Ton piano danse toujours” (accompanied by “la crème de la crème” of French musicians), and now he’s offering a solo concert and piano tour.
– The show: Jean Marc lets us discover or rediscover the work of Michel Berger. He plays the piano and sings Berger’s songs, recounting the different moments in Michel’s career and life. A story in which we discover the interpreter, the author, the composer, but also the man who was this immense and unavoidable artist of French song. A unique, timeless moment to immerse yourself in the musical universe of Michel Berger. Michel is part of the soundtrack to all our lives, and of course to Jean Marc’s. He put his heart and soul into the service of this immense artist.
