Alpage des Bochasses / DDM 10 AOP
Farmed by Alexis Gex-Fabry and his family for seven generations, this mountain pasture, associated with the Le Pont collective cheese dairy, transforms the milk from its cows into exceptional raclette, in harmony with local traditions.
Alpage le Pont AOP DDM 30 and Fromagerie le Pont
Inaugurated in 2023, this goat farm is run by Hubert Marclay, who is also responsible for the Lapisa mountain pasture. It offers a range of goat products of exceptional quality.
Chèvrerie de la Grandzette / la Parse
Located at an altitude of 1,000 meters, Ferme de la Crettaz is run by brothers Julien and Nicolas Mariétan, who make cheese from October to June, adding value to their milk in the heart of the valley’s mountains.
