The main sectors of the company

Reception & Information

The Tourist Offices of Région Dents du Midi (Champéry and Morgins) fulfill several local missions for visitors and the local population. Our reception staff are committed to providing complete, objective, and high-quality information: guiding our clientele in their search for accommodation, restaurants, sports/leisure and cultural activities, while promoting the identity and products of the entire territory. During the off-season, our team prepares all internal processes necessary for the smooth running of the company: brochure design, stock inventory, updates of documents and web pages, preparation for the coming season, etc. The quality of the information and personalized advice provided by our staff is a real added value compared to information found online. The main strengths of our reception team are friendliness and empathy with our clients, strong language skills, and in-depth knowledge of the region.

Events & activities

The “Events & Activities” sector pursues a dual objective: to offer entertainment for guests staying in the destination, and to generate overnight stays during quieter periods through events or top events (event marketing). Région Dents du Midi SA organizes and coordinates the entertainment program and implements it through various partnerships with private or public partners, with the aim of creating experiences and generating benefits for the local economy. It also supports local associations and/or external committees that align with our event support policy, in organizing their entertainment and events.

Marketing

The marketing department of Région Dents du Midi SA is primarily responsible for the communication and promotion of the destination, as well as the development and sale of its products. This department also supports other sectors of the company, notably for the promotion of events and entertainment, and for the production of most of the company’s communication and information materials. Finally, it works to implement the Région Dents du Midi brand in Switzerland and internationally, and supports the destination’s strategic partners in their marketing, sales, and promotional campaigns.

Quality & Partner Relations

Région Dents du Midi SA approaches quality development both for its own services and staff (internal quality) and for the continuous improvement of the tourism offer for guests (external quality). In terms of Partner Relations, Région Dents du Midi SA works to unite and collaborate with all stakeholders in a spirit of trust. The success of a destination depends on collaboration, solidarity, and trust between the various partners. By developing as many synergies as possible with key tourism stakeholders (municipalities, Portes du Soleil Suisse SA, accommodation providers, agricultural society, Transports Publics du Chablais, etc.) and working transparently alongside them, Région Dents du Midi SA works towards achieving common goals.
