A vestige of a time when several neighbourhoods of the village had their own bread oven, a few local enthusiasts have restored this ancient centuries-old oven in order to perpetuate the tradition and continue to allow both residents and visitors to enjoy it.
The Collaire bread oven was built around 1435. This is where the bread was baked for the Troistorrents church congregation, notably during the feast of the Pentecost.
