Description
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms for 8 beds: 1 large double bed; 2 twin beds (which can be pushed together to form a large bed), and 2x 2 bunk beds that can accommodate up to 4 people. A bathroom with bath and WC, and a bathroom with shower and WC.
The kitchen is equipped with plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery, utensils etc., plus an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The kitchen area has a large dining table for 10 people.
In the living room there is a fireplace (with logs provided), TV with cable channels, DVD/CD player, plenty of DVDs, CDs, books and games free to use. Your rental includes exclusive access to the balcony and patio in front of the kitchen - both with views of the Dents du Midi mountains and the Rhone valley.
Lockers for skis and ski boots are also available.
The building has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer available on the floor below the apartment (free use).
You also have 2 parking spaces in the closed and private underground car park.
Conditions/extras
Final cleaning, bed and kitchen linen are included in the rental.
Bath towels can be rented at 5.-/linen for the duration of the stay.
A deposit of 200.- chf in cash only (or by Twint for the Swiss) is to be paid on arrival.
Tourist taxes (3.-/adult over 18 years old/night and 1.50/child between 6 and 18 years old/night) are also to be paid on arrival.
